If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that when we are able to get moving, get outside and feel connected, we start to feel better.

My name is Nick Magle-Haberek and I’m the owner and therapist at Movemental Wellbeing.  I’ve spent the last 13 years helping teens, young adults and adults struggling with anxiety and depression feel better.  A great deal of my therapy work has been focused on using adventure therapy to help my clients find relief.  That means doing activities, games and adventures during our sessions together and finding ways to connect what you learn from those experiences back into your life outside of session.  In my own life, it is these same tools (moving, connecting, and being outside) that help me take care of myself. 

Outside of Movemental, I also teach other therapists how to use Adventure Therapy in their practices.  I enjoy time outside and can be found hiking, biking, running, skiing, and walking my dog with my family.  I also enjoy gardening and farming.
